The Corporations

Corporations create their own problems when they commit blunders that include acts that violate rules and regulations governing the conduct of corporations, such as the failure to conduct the required initial organizational meeting, the failure to conduct regular board meetings and stockholder meetings, the failure to issue corporate stock, the failure to maintain stockholder’s ledgers, the failure to maintain current corporate and accounting records, the failure to adopt corporate bylaws, the failure to transfer assets into the corporation, the failure to file report forms to the Securities and Exchange Commission and many more.
